Additional Dynamos kick-off their RURACTIVE journey

On 5 November 2025, RURACTIVE officially welcomed the nine newly joined Additional Dynamos during a dedicated kick-off meeting. The online event brought together the new members for an introduction to the project and an opportunity to connect with each other.

The session began with a concise overview of the RURACTIVE project by the coordinator, outlining its objectives, activities and the role Dynamos play in supporting rural innovation and community empowerment. This introduction provided essential context for new Additional Dynamos as they embark on their journey to engage with the RURACTIVE methodology.

Then the Additional Dynamos took centre-stage in introducing themselves. Each Additional Dynamo briefly presented their background, interests and motivation for joining the project. Their diverse experiences and enthusiasm were warmly welcomed. Our existing Dynamo member, the city of Zadar, Croatia, provided the newcomers with in-depth insights into the steps taken so far since the start of RURACTIVE.

The meeting concluded with an outline of next steps, including communication channels, planned activities, the upcoming training session held face to face in early 2026 and opportunities for future collaboration. Now, the Additional Dynamos are ready and excited to actively contribute to the next phase of the RURACTIVE project. And the project partners are delighted to have them on board!
